Full Body THANKSgiving Burn Workout

Since this is the time of year to give thanks, I wanted to give thanks to all of my clients, followers, and really anyone that has taken the time to read or view my content on my website. I am grateful and appreciative for your support, so I wanted to SAY THANKS! Below is a full length Full Body Burn workout with individual exercise videos. Prepare to WOBBLE, GOBBLE, AND SWEAT!

The exercises are listed with an A, B, or C and with a 1, 2, 3, or 4. The way you perform the workout is by completing each exercise with an ‘A’ then move on to all the exercises labeled with a ‘B’, and so on and so forth. Then you repeat that 3 times. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15-20 seconds of rest in between each exercise (listen to your body and take more rest time if needed).

You will need a set of dumbbells and a mat.

Squat Overhead Press w/ Twist

Knee In Jerks

A3)
Bow And Arrow

A4)
Heisman High Knees

B1)
Side Lunge w/ Row (halfway through switch sides)

B2)
Bridge Marches

B3)
Heel Taps

B4)
Boat Pose Bicep Curls

C1)
Yoga Push Up (option to perform push up on knees)

C2)
Deadlift

C3)
Running Man

C4)
Pike Tuck Combo (option to walk feet in and out instead of jumping).

TOTAL BODY STRETCH
Hold each exercise for 30 seconds.
