- Initial Complimentary Consultation – This 30-minute phone/Skype call will be to discuss your goals, schedule, and health and activity history. I will use this information to recommend a program that will fit your needs, lifestyle, and budget. I welcome any and all questions, as we will become a team!
- 6-Week Personalized Workout Plan – After the initial consultation, you will receive a 6-week workout plan that we will go over via phone/Skype. Workouts per week are based on your specific goals
- Personalized Exercise Videos-Exercise technique is taught through private video tutorials selected JUST FOR YOU
- Weekly Phone Check-Ins – Each week we will spend 15 minutes discussing your progress, and modifications and alterations will be applied if needed.
- Unlimited E-mail Support/Skype Video Message Support – Help is provided in between weekly check ins by sending me an e-mail, Skype video message, or phone call. Responses guaranteed within 12 hours during the week and 24 hours on the weekend.
